O diretor Baz Luhrmann, responsável pela cinebiografia de Elvis Presley, compartilhou em seu Twitter nesta sexta-feira (10) um teste de câmera feito em 2019 com Austin Butler, ator escolhido para interpretar o artista, cantando a música That's All Right do Rei do Rock. Assista:

Luhrmann (O Grande Gatsby) dirigiu e escreveu o roteiro junto com Craig Pearce. A história conta com Austin Butler (Era Uma Vez em... Hollywood) interpretando a lenda do rock enquanto Tom Hanks vai ficar no papel do seu agente, o Coronel Tom Parker. A Warner Bros. é responsável pela distribuição.
Após alguns adiamentos, Elvis chega em 24 de junho de 2022 aos cinemas.
