O grande vencedor da noite foi A Filha Perdida, filme dirigido por Maggie Gyllenhaal que estreou em dezembro na Netflix. O longa, estrelado por Olivia Colman, Dakota Johnson e Jessie Buckley, levou Melhor Filme, Roteiro e Direção.

Ainda no cinema, Drive My Car confirmou seu favoritismo na categoria de Melhor Filme Internacional e Troy Kotsur, de No Ritmo do Coração, levou Melhor Ator Coadjuvante, resultado que pode se repetir no Oscar 2022. Em termos de televisão, Reservation Dogs se destacou levando o prêmio de melhor elenco e melhor nova série.
